Emily Stotts

Criminal Defense & Litigation Paralegal

Emily Stotts is a Colorado Native who has touched numerous areas of the justice system during her career, including paralegal work for a sitting judge in Larimer County. Emily's experience in probation helps her guide our clients in the post-trial/plea phase but it is her pre-trial review efforts, along with her experience prepping cases for trial that allow her to be an invaluable asset in plea negotiations. Emily regularly reviews case materials with clients and then works directly with the attorney to a develop a theory of the case.

Whether our clients are working toward a dismissal, entry into a specialized court program, or trial, Emily has experience with it. Although her role may be behind the scenes, Emily’s review and impressions are an integral part of our Criminal Defense Team’s preparedness.
